Learn how to prepare Neapolitan flan Los Cinco Soles style! Here is the recipe: 

Ingredients:  

• 1 cup of refined sugar.   
• 1 can evaporated milk.  
• 1 can condensed milk.  
• 6 eggs.  
• 1 tbsp of Premium Natural Gourmet Mexican Vanilla.  
• ½ cup berries. 

Preparation:   

1. Let’s start with the preparation of the caramel. In a saucepan over medium heat, pour a quarter cup of sugar and let it start to melt, then add another quarter cup of sugar and start stirring slowly. Continue this process until it becomes a homogeneous golden colored mixture.  
2. Pour the caramel into a flan pan or mold covering the walls and the bottom of the container.   
3. In the blender, pour the evaporated milk and the condensed milk and start blending.   
4. While blending, add the six eggs and the tablespoon of Cinco Soles Natural Premium Natural Gourmet Mexican Vanilla.   
5. Pour your mixture into the flan pan and take it to the gas oven to cook in a bain-marie. Set the oven to 180°C and let the dessert bake for one hour.  
6. Remove your flan from the oven, let it cool for a while at room temperature and refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours.   
7.  It’s time to unmold! Separate the flan from the sides of the mold with a knife. Place a plate over the flan and quickly turn it upside down. Carefully lift the mold and it’s ready.  
8. Garnish with some fruit and start enjoying.
