Does TTR share your personal data?

• As described above, you can choose not to provide certain data, but then you may not be able to take advantage of many of TTR’s Services.

• If you do not wish to receive emails or other communications from us, please adjust your Customer Communication Preferences.

• If you do not wish to see interest-based ads, please adjust your Advertising Preferences.

• The Help feature on most browsers and devices will tell you how to prevent your browser or device from accepting new cookies or other identifiers, how to have the browser notify you when you receive a new cookie, or how to block cookies altogether. How can I exercise my ARCO Rights?

You have the right to request access to your personal data, request the deletion or rectification of such data, or object to its processing (“ARCO Rights”).

If you wish to request access to or erasure of your personal data, and in general, submit your ARCO rights request by email by sending the completed Data Request Form to wecare@loscincosoles.com. To verify your identity, ARCO Rights requests submitted by email must originate from the email address associated with your account. Upon receiving your request, we will respond within 5 business days if any information is missing. Within 20 business days of receiving a request with all required information, we will notify you whether your request is recognized by law and will process all recognized requests within 15 business days of making that determination. While we aim to meet these deadlines for all ARCO rights requests, they may be extended in certain circumstances in accordance with applicable law.

How can I revoke my consent to the processing of my personal data?

You may, at any time, revoke your consent to the processing of your personal data or request information about it by contacting us at wecare@loscincosoles.com. To verify your identity, the request must be made from the email address associated with your account.

Is TTR Services permitted for minors?

TTR does not market products for purchase by minors. We market products to minors for purchase by adults. If you are under 18 years of age, you may use TTR Services only with the supervision of a parent or guardian.

Terms of Use, Notices and Comments

If you choose to use TTR Services, your use and any dispute over privacy are subject to this Notice and our Terms of Use, including limitations on damages, dispute resolution, and application of Mexican law. If you have any privacy-related concerns about TTR, please contact us with a detailed description, and we will try to resolve them. Our business is constantly changing, and our Privacy Notice will change as well. We will keep you informed about changes to this Privacy Notice through general postings on our website.
