To exchange or return an item, you should know the following:
You have 90 days after purchase to exchange or return an item. Please provide your Purchase Receipt from the store or order number (if you bought online at loscincosoles.com) and we will refund your purchase in the original payment method.
Don’t have your purchase ticket? We can search for purchases made in the store with the debit/credit card number (or online orders with email) providing the date and name of the person who made the purchase.
Returns of items when receipt is provided within the required time frame will be refunded using the original payment method as follows:
