Ingredients:
- 530 g flour.
- 1 tbsp. baking powder.
- 8 tbsp. cocoa powder.
- 8 eggs.
- 315 g unsalted butter at room temperature.
- 160 ml milk.
- 1 tbsp natural vanilla extract.
- 200 g sugar.
- Hazelnut cream.
Preparation:
- In a deep bowl, start beating the butter and sugar. Then add the eggs little by little and continue beating.
- Sift the flour and baking powder into another bowl. Once our flour is ready, add it to our mixture.
- While you are adding the flour, alternate it with the milk and stir it around the dough to incorporate everything.
- Separate the mixture into two bowls with the same amount in each.
- To one of the bowls, add the cocoa and stir until dissolved. In the other add your vanilla extract.
- Prepare your mold. Grease the edges with butter and add the mixtures. In this process it is necessary to alternate the order of both to give it the marbled touch.
- Once the mixture is in the mold, you can introduce a spoon and slowly stir the mixture in circles. This is to give it a better touch.
- Prepare the oven to 150° and bake your mixture for 50 minutes.
- Take out your pancake and let it rest for a few minutes to unmold.
- Decorate your pancake with hazelnut cream on top and ready to enjoy.
