In a bowl we add our wheat flour and baking powder.
Stir until all the ingredients are integrated.

We add our oil and milk to the mixture and stir until thickened.

Once our mixture is ready, we prepare two coffee cups and grease them with a little room temperature butter.
Put your mixture in the cups taking care that it does not overflow. We recommend leaving the measure of a little finger.
Place your cups in the microwave and heat for 3 minutes.
Remove from the oven and check the doneness of the cake with a toothpick. If you think it needs more, put the mixture back in for at least one minute.
Once ready, remove the cake from the microwave and let it cool.
Meanwhile, place half of your chocolate bar in a bowl and heat in the microwave for 30 seconds.
Once melted, add a spoonful of chocolate to your mug cake and garnish with some chocolate chips.
